Product Description:
Most small size offset printing presses are equipped with a direct dampening system from Heidelberg or a film dampening systems from “Kompac”. This wetting technology transports water via the ink roller train to the plate and works without addition of alcohol. It is thus a variant of alcohol free printing.
Our AlphafountSF 133 is a fount designed for this kind of dampening systems meeting the requirement of small size printing and short run jobs.
The fount allows top performance with mineral oil as well as vegetal oil based-, metallic inks. If may even work with UV-and hybrid inks if curing devises are connected.
