Product Description:
From time to time the water cycle system in the press requires intensive cleaning and bacterial decontamination to keep the fountain solution balanced. This agent is an alkaline piping flush concentrate that removes deposits and residuals from different materials involved in the print process like paper dust, ink, washes, drying powder and others.
Alpha care System Cleaner is designed for dampening water systems of all types of offset printing presses. It provides an optimal removal of organic growth and deposits of dried inks and paper dust in fount circulation systems. AlphacareSystem Cleaner is recommended as a preventive maintenance product for periodic cleaning of the damping system.
Product Usage:
- Alpha care Calcex forte is used undiluted to remove excessive calcium build up on rollers, blankets and other affected components. The application time is several minutes. After use, rinse the applied areas with tap water.
- Wash the rollers first with washing agent and apply Alphacare820 Calcexforte across the roller train. With press running at a fast idle for several minutes (max 5 minutes). Immediately, remove from rollers with water and/or roller wash, either manually or by using automatic roller wash system.Â
- Repeat as necessary. Regular application prevents calcium build-up on ink rollers effectively. Apply to blankets with a rag then remove with water and/or blanket wash.Â
