Product Description:

Over running time rubber roller in an offset press are getting glazed by ink and calcium deposits. Rollers lose the ability to transfer and distribute the ink film evenly and controlled hence the ink/water balance will be disturbed. 

Checking the glazing of rollers is one of the mandatory frequent task of operators. Alphacare820 is a powerful cleaner to keep the ink train performing properly. 

Calcexforte removes calcium glazing, deposited by paper coatings and ink pigments, from inking rollers and blankets. Ideal for removal of contaminants left after running alkaline stock or inks with high calcium content.

Product Usage:

• Alpha care System Cleaner is used mixed with water. Recommended addition is from 1: 10 to 1: 20 (depends on degree of soiling). 
• To achieve an optimum cleaning effect, a contact time of 2 -3 hours is recommended. To prevent blockages, inspections of filters and overflows are advisable. After application rinse several times with tap water until the pH is lower than 8.
