Water miscible fluid for UV curing inks and coatings in offset and flexo presses for manual and automatic application. The use is restricted to 100% UV compliant roller qualities and blankets.

Product Description:

The special property of this wash-up solution for offset and flexo presses allows very effective cleaning of inking and anilox roller and blankets when using UV curing ink and or varnishes. 

Alphawash 563 UV is a solvent based, water miscible press wash for both, automatic blanket cleaning systems and manual use. 

The flash point of this strong washing agent is > 62°C and its application is restricted to 100% UV ink roller qualities und blankets. Careful plate handling is required. The fluid may affect plates hence spot tests are recommended. 

Product Usage:

Alphawash 563 UV can be used pure or mixed with water; it can be used for manual cleaning and in automatic washing systems. 

For automatic washing systems please follow the program instructions. Not suitable for conventional roller qualities. Caution: Can attack plates.
