Alphawash 567 CO
Versatile, non-aromatic fluid, effective for all ink types. To be applied on conventional and combi-rollers and blankets only. This agent should not be used on 100% UV roller qualities and blankets.
Product Description:
This blanket and roller wash is formulated for offset presses printing alternatively with UV and conventional Inks. It is suitable for both manual cleaning and for use in automatic washing systems. The fluid is effective also for cleaning when printing with hybrid inks.
The flash point of the wash is > 62 °C, it is water miscible, free of aromatics and shows good dissolving power.Â
Alphawash567 CO is chemically compatible with printing rollers for conventional inks and dual-purpose printing but not suitable for 100 % UV roller qualities (EPDM). Careful handling required with non-baked plates.
Product Usage:
Alphawash567 CO can be used pure ore mixed with water; it can be used for manual cleaning and in automatic washing systems. For automatic washing systems please follow the program instructions. Not suitable for dedicated UV roller qualities. Caution: Can attack plates.
