Product Description:

Free of aromatics and with medium effective washing power this aliphatic hydrocarbon-based wash is for rollers and blankets when conventional inks are used in sheet-fed offset and newspaper (coldset) presses. 

The wash is protecting all press components and metal surface, it is water miscible and composed for manual roller washing and automatic roller wash-up devices. The wash has a flashpoint of 62 °C and is corrosion inhibited thus following the Fograguidelines.

The Alpha wash 460 is approved by press manufacturer Manroland and Heidelberg as cleaning agent.

Product Usage:

Alphawash 460 can be used pure ore mixed with water; it can be used for manual cleaning and in automatic washing systems. 

For automatic washing systems please follow the program instructions.
