Product Description:
This highly efficient concentrate opens quick and effective clogged or contaminated cells in an anilox roller without dismantling or taking it out of the press hence a very time saving approach.
It replaces ultrasonic or other out of the press treatment.
Small quantities of the fluid are required to keep up the ink or varnish transfer capacity of the roller.
The cleaning agent is best suited for all types of UV and aqueous based inks and coatings and removes deeply embedded ink and coating from cells.
As a role of thump if the press runs 8 hours per day a monthly cleaning cycle is recommended.
Product Usage:
- Apply Alpha care 865 Anilox Concentrate to the anilox roller and spread it evenly on the entire surface using a cloth;
- Depending on the grade of contamination, allow product to soak for approximately 10 -15 minutes;
- To perform the cleaning process, use a special brush to incorporate the detergent into the infected gravure of the anilox roller. Avoid splashing;
- Remove all residues of Alphacare865 Anilox Concentrate thoroughly with clean water from the anilox roller;
- Anilox rollers, which are heavily soiled, may require the cleaning process to be repeated;
- Do not use on aluminum or painted surfaces. Wash off spilled product immediately with plenty of water.
