Product Description:

Over time and depending on use the cells in an anilox roller are prone to get filled up by dried ink residue and thus reduce its ink transfer capacity area-wise or entirely. Hence it is recommended to wash the rollers after use with a specific anilox cleaner to upkeep the rollers in perfect transfer condition. The formula of this anilox cleaner allows effective removal of hard deposits of aqueous varnishes, coatings and inks from all kind of engraved or molded anilox rollers. It works as well on rubber roller and blankets.

Product Usage:

• Spread evenly the cleaner over the surface of the anilox roller; 
• Use enough according the degree of the depositions; 
• Treat the surface with an appropriate brush or tissue gently in a circular motion. Leave for dissolving reaction over a period of approximately 10 minutes; 
• Remove the residues with a sponge and rinse any remaining with enough water; 
• Repeat the process in case the roller cells are severely clogged; 
• The same treatment can be applied to dissolve and remove aqueous varnish from a coating blanket, gripper or other metal part. Caution: For painted surface, test the product for suitability first.
