Product Description:
Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) is a common additive to fountain solution in offset printing reducing the surface tension of water and opens the scope of dampening (water-bandwidth) in the print process.
This version is a recycled product. For environmental reasons used IPA underwent a sophisticated refining process to meet its full purpose for printing.
Product Usage:
We recommend taking AlphabaseIPA 05 R in combination with our fountain solutions like AlphafountSF 110 or AlphafountSF 120.
Attention: A too high or too low dosage of AlphabaseIPA 05 R may cause printing difficulties. The ink-water balance may be affected ending in dysfunctional ink split. For proper dosing please follow instruction of the fountain solution applied.
