Product Description:

Punctures and low spots on the structure of the rubber blanket can occur during press run and impair the image transfer. The fluid lifts the compressed or punctured areas to its original shape and thus unfolds a repairing effect.

The fluid penetrates deep into the pores of the rubber surface, dissolves dried-up particles and thus rejuvenates the rubber blanket.

Product Usage:

• Remove ink from the blanket by using a wash-up solution, ideally certified by FOGRA and wipe dry. Apply Alphacare853 Blanket Repair on a cotton cloth and clean manually the blanket surface. 
• Continue wiping for 30 to 60 seconds, swap dry after that and wet wash the surface thoroughly with water before starting the print process.
