Alphaline 155 UV RC-FG
Drip-off effect roller coating gloss topcoat (fine grain)
This coating is recommended to be used in combination with matt base coating offset to get texture effect. The UV matt coating 165 is used as a base coat using offset plates, to select areas to be printed.
The UV texture gloss roller coating is applied over the UV texture matt base coat as well as on the whole surface of the print.

Drip-off effect duct coating gloss topcoat (fine grain)
This product serves the same purpose as Alphaline155 UV however it is designed for duct application.

Alphaline 165 UV Matt-Base
Drip-off effect duct matt base coating offset
The UV duct matt coating is used as a primer using offset plates, to select areas to be printed. The texture duct/RC gloss topcoat is applied over the UV texture matt base coat as well as on the whole surface of the print.

Gloss UV curable ink duct coating
This general-purpose UV curable coating up to 85 gloss points is designed for duct application in-line over UV curable inks or off-line over dried conventional inks. It can be coated on a wide range of papers and boards. Product has good surface wetting characteristics, highgloss, and good curing speed.

High gloss UV curable roller coating
Reaching close to 95 gloss points this UV curable coating is designed for roller coat application in-line over UV curable inks or off-line over dried conventional inks. The product has good slip and surface wetting characteristics combined with excellent curing speed.
