Cleaning agent for offset plate developing machines

Product Description:

This processor cleaning concentrate is an acidic agent that cares for offset plates developing machines. It removes residues of plate coating and developers as well as incrustations and sediments of the water. We strongly recommend cleaning the plate processor on a regular basis to avoid damages on plate coating, rollers, pumps, and pipes.

Product Features:

• Can be applied pure or mixed with water (1:1 to 1:8), depending on the extent of the deposits/soiling.
• Miscible with water.
• Extraordinarily strong, powerful cleaner for all type of plate processor.
• No volatile ingredients 
• Slight odor 

Product Usage:

• Empty the processing line (exhausted developer bath).
• Rinse the processor twice with tap water.
• For heavy soiling, use the concentrated cleaner. For an intermediate cleaning or when the processor itself is marginally polluted prepare a diluted solution. 
• Fill processor cleaner into the system usually 1:2 dilution (cleaner to water) and turn on the processor. Let the cleaner react for about 40 minutes. The solution takes effect while the processor is running, and the cleaner is circulating. 
• Drain the cleaner and rinse away remaining residue with water.
• Rinse the system thoroughly with clear water, clean or replace the filter. 
• Fill the system with ready to use plate developer and control the conductivity of the developer. 
• In case of stubborn build-ups, use the concentrated solution and a brush. Let the cleaner soak in for a few minutes and remove the deposit with a wet sponge.
