Alphacare 851 Blanket Cleaner

It is recommended to apply blanket cleaner and conditioner from time to time to remove dried ink residues. 

Product Description:

Blanket maintenance is important to ensure perfect image transfer to the substrate. From time-to-time blanket cleaner and conditioner are recommended to remove dried ink residues. 

The fluid penetrates deep into the pores of the rubber surface, dissolves dried-up particles and thus rejuvenates the rubber blanket.

Product Usage:

• Remove ink from the blanket by using a wash-up solution, ideally certified by FOGRA and wipe dry. 
• Apply Alphacare851 Blanket Cleaner on a cotton cloth and clean manually the blanket surface. 
• Continue wiping for 30 to 60 seconds, swap dry after that and wet wash the surface thoroughly with water before starting the print process.
